obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal

thesis progress is slow, but hey at least it feels like im actually getting there

internship is ok, busy
i really like it,
but not so much the times
when they ask me really weird tasks,
like: hey, i'm sending you a file, can u please print it?
and it's just a one-pager and it could have taken them less time and effort to click ctrl-p
but oh well,
what can you do
they do also give me all sorts of cool projects to do
so i feel compensated somehow ;D
plus they're really kind and thoughtful of me

i don't like leaving things unfinished
also the fact that im just there part time
so i want to make sure i do the best that i can in the limited time that i have
it's not that im bragging about myself, but i see it just as being respectful and professional
so i stayed till really late at the office yesterday
and someone commented that im just doing it because i hope to get a permanent position there
hmm... i think it was rather a rude comment, and not necessary at all
but anyways
i am trying not too think about so many things
i have too much in my mind already, lady.

last week was cirque du soleil
it was ok i guess, we got lost and was a tad late
the show was good, but if im gonna watch it again, i think i'll just sit at the back with a cheaper ticket and it will still be a good show :p

this week: glenn fredly in concert wooohoooo! im so excited! :)
