today was a short day at work; had an insight-training, from 9-2 pm.
it was fun! we filled in a questionnaire a couple of days ago, and today we received the results. the whole training was basically to explain personalities, preferences, your ways of thinking etc etc. the diagnosis was creepily accurate, i found myself nodding and constantly thinking "oh that's so me!" when i read the summary alone!

at the end, we received blocks of 4 colors. ur supposed to put them in order based on the color of your personality. mine was green-yellow-blue-red. in general i am a caring and sensitive person who always try to avoid conflict in what i do :p i guess people with a dominant-green personality means that we are the nice ones in the team. either that or we're the loser / weak ones -_-'

my colleagues and i ended up using the blocks (they're made of rubber) as amunition, we've been throwing them around >:D right now, just imagining how they bounce off my colleague's head when i bombarded him makes me grin like a silly school child :-)
